Los Arcos, for years the persistence of the waves was chiselling a rocky mass, to create wonderful formations. Here is practiced, especially, night dives, where the sectors known as the Wall Diving, the jaw of the Devil and the seamount El Bajo, the favourite places for adventure.

Marieta Islands is one of the most famous areas of the Pacific, thanks to the documentary filmed in the seventies of last century by the late Jacques Cousteau.
For the peace of the sea and the Marietas can venture to novice divers who discover an underwater landscape with caves, canyons and cliffs, besides having the chance to see colourful tropical fish, stingrays and turtles. The area is also good for snorkelling.
It lies on the northern coast of Bandera’s Bay.
El Morro is a world famous dive site, by the grandeur of their guns, cliffs, tunnels, caves and underwater arches where there are a multitude of tropical fish, turtles, dolphins and manta rays. It is located 6 miles west of the Marietta Islands.
Corbateña is an excellent dive location for exploring caves, arches and deep falls, inhabited by stingrays, turtles, sharks, dolphins and schools of tuna.
Yelapa, the transparency of its waters is necessary for snorkelling. Nearby is an old fishing village, from which you can watch dolphins and humpback whales during the winter.
It is south of Puerto Vallarta and to visit, the traveller must embark on the boats that leave every half hour on the beach in Los Muertos. The trip takes 30 minutes.
Majahuitas is the deserted beach with which we have all dreamed of. It is an area of overwhelming natural beauty, which can only be accessed by sea. With palm trees bent, white sand and calm waves, ideal for swimming, snorkelling or even surf in a kayak.
It is 20 minutes from Puerto Vallarta. To visit is to address the boats or water taxis sail from the beach at Los Muertos.

Surfing
