Abundant on the hills of the Vallarta's tropical forest lie two championship golf courses, only 10 minutes from the Puerto Vallarta Marina. Designed by Nicklaus and Weiskopf both courses opened in 2001 and have been universally acclaimed. The first of these offers pasty greens, thick forest of palms and trees, natural streams provide the perfect environment for this class by the largest global player. This field is located on the propertie's highest elevation, golfers are treated not only with world-class golf, but they can also enjoy the beautiful views of Puerto Vallarta, Marina and Bahia de Banderas.
The course designed by Tom Weiskopf provides Vista Vallarta with a dramatic contrast from its first field. Built in the properties on the lower west, golfers will not believe that simply took a different turn in the clubhouse. Here the terrain is extreme with dense jungles, deep ravines, and gentle streams.
Four Seasons Golf Club Punta Mita was designed by Nicklaus and is one view of white sand beaches and surrounding mountains of the Sierra Madre. Spread over 200 acres, takes full advantage of its location. Eight holes are among the Pacific Ocean or Banderas Bay. The "green" a truly unique hole is located on a natural island in the ocean.

Marina Vallarta Golf Club, is the finest golf course in Puerto Vallarta, with plenty of jungle, natural lagoons, iguanas, tropical birds and a golf course designed in 1989 by famed architect Joe Finger. Enjoy year round this 18 holes par 71.
Mayan Palace Golf Club, is a fun and less challenging. Another scenic hole is the 155m par 3 that is located next to a lake with green overlooking the bay and the sea.
Los Flamingos Country Club, is just three minutes from Paradise Village is Los Flamingos Country Club. This 18 hole course is located on the countryside with lakes, jungle and endless birds. It was designed by architect Percy J. Clifford, and also has a tennis court.
