A Picturesque Town With The Smell Of Vanilla

Papantla, Veracruz "Among the hills of northern Veracruz, with streets that rise and fall as slides, is Papantla, a village of barely 150,000 inhabitants spread over 60 colonies and divisions and 159 stations.
It's a small place compared to Merida, but competes with it in terms of tourism.
